Jason Ferrandino started Apex Roofing and Siding in 2009 after more than a decade working for other roofing companies in Fairfield County. He kept seeing the same pattern: homeowners getting oversold on roof work they didn't need, crews disappearing mid-job, and warranty paperwork that wasn't worth the paper it was written on.
So he built Apex differently. Every estimate is written, every crew is led by someone Jason trusts, and every job is backed by a written workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty. When something isn't right, Jason answers the phone. Not a call center, not a franchise, the owner.
Today Apex is one of western Connecticut's most-trusted roofing companies, serving Ridgefield, Wilton, Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien, and Westport, plus the rest of Fairfield and Litchfield Counties and lower New York's Westchester and Putnam Counties.

We don't sell what you don't need. If a repair will get you another five years, we'll tell you. That's why most of our work comes from referrals.

When it fails, everything underneath fails with it. That's why we install only the materials we'd put on our own homes, GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, cedar shake, and standing-seam metal, and why we don't cut corners on flashing, underlayment, or ventilation.
