Roof Replacement Ridgefield CT, Colonial GAF Timberline HDZ

The owners of this classic 1980s Ridgefield colonial had a roof on its third decade, granule loss in the gutters, two active drip points around the chimney, and a sagging course over the garage. They wanted one of the most weather-tested architectural shingles on the market, with all flashing replaced (not reused) and a one-day install so they didn't have to take time off work.

Challenges Solved
Two rotted decking sections over the garage and at a north-facing valley required new ½″ plywood. Original step flashing was reused on the prior install and was the leak source, replaced in full with new galvanized step and counter flashing.
